Great place to work, lots of phone cabin if you need to get a quick call, lots of spaces to work, ideal place for networking.

This place is still being built. It's in close vicinity to many fine parts of Dublin including Trinity college and Temple Bar. Hopefully it will be finished soon with this covid19 around. It's a big site with many contractors and subcontractors on site circulating every day. Working conditions are fine.

The location right in the heart of Dublin is the highlight, the communal areas are inviting and the team is great, but the coworking desks are disappointing. The coworking desks are tiny (approx. 1m wide and 70cm deep, arranged face-to-face with no dividers) and cramped together. The ergonomics are poor. There's no privacy. There's no way to escape noise unless you occupy one of the three telephone cells. None of the lockers I tried were in working order. The price is just too high for such critical failings. Only the lobby and floor above it offer any coworking workspaces; the rest of the building is given over to private offices. The desks in the lobby are not attractive at all because you have the constant noise of the Barista's coffee grinder, so everyone squeezes into the 20 desks upstairs.
