With nearly five decades in commercial real estate, John brings unparalleled experience to a company that is delivering technology-driven workplace solutions to companies of all sizes. Known for his steady leadership, credibility and deep industry relationships, he is guiding WeWork toward long-term stability and profitability.

Before joining WeWork, John spent 47 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he started as a building engineer and worked his way to Tri-State Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, helping steer the firm through global expansions and key transactions. Along the way, he built a reputation for a pragmatic approach to leadership that transcends market cycles.

Luke Robinson
Regional President, North America

Luke Robinson is the Regional President, North America at WeWork, leading sales, operations, and hospitality in the company’s largest region.

With a decade of experience in driving revenue for the company, Luke has held a number of key positions, including a pivotal role in the launch of WeWork’s enterprise business, Head of Leasing for Tri-state throughout the pandemic, and Regional Vice President and Head of Sales where he led a national team across 40+ markets. Luke holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College, and was born and raised in the Tri-State area.

Luke Armstrong
Regional President, UK&I, EMEA, Asia-Pacific

Luke Armstrong is the Regional President of WeWork’s UK, Ireland, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific markets, overseeing sales, operations, and hospitality across the region.

In his seven years at the company, Luke has played a crucial role in driving revenue growth, leading global expansion and managing complex business restructures to solidify the company’s position as a category leader. Having held several key positions including Head of International Sales, Luke’s expertise in real estate, technology, and workplace strategy continues to shape innovation and solidify WeWork’s market dominance.

 

Claudio Hidalgo
Regional President, Latin America

Claudio Hidalgo is the Regional President of Latin America at WeWork, driving people-centered experiences and operational excellence. 

Claudio was previously WeWork’s Global Chief Operating Officer and led the company’s operational and strategic restructuring. He holds over 30 years of global experience in telecom, tech, and business services expertise, steering operational transformation, leading multinational teams, and designing innovative, customer-centric growth strategies for sustainable profitability. His career features key roles in the expansion and integration of mobile services across Latin America with companies like Telefónica, Nextel, and Digicel, and significant operational improvements at Sprint in the U.S.

Ebbie Wisecarver
Chief Design & Product Officer

Ebbie Wisecarver is WeWork’s Chief Design & Product Officer, leading the physical product’s creative direction, strategy, and development. 

Since 2015, Ebbie has held leadership roles in Japan, China, Australia, India, and globally. Previously, Ebbie worked at design firms Diller, Scofidio + Renfro New York and Steven Holl Architects. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and has participated in numerous traveling exhibitions and fellowships. A gender equality advocate, she sponsors the ERG Women of WeWork and is on the board of the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation.

Peter Greenspan
Global Head of Real Estate

Peter Greenspan is the Global Head of Real Estate at WeWork, overseeing the company’s portfolio of over 600 locations. 

For over eleven years, Peter has scaled large teams and led the negotiation of WeWork’s global portfolio, having started as the company’s first real estate lawyer and later serving as General Counsel from 2017 to 2018. Previously, Peter spent ten years at NBC Universal as VP of Corporate & Transaction Law and is an alumnus of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Peter received a JD from the NYU School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from The State University of New York at Binghamton.

Nick DiChiara
General Counsel

Nick DiChiara is the General Counsel at WeWork, overseeing all legal, governance and compliance aspects of the company’s global operations. 

Since joining in 2015, Nick has been instrumental in spearheading WeWork’s global expansion, leading its strategic international restructuring, and managing complex international transactions. His tenure includes roles as Head of International Legal and Head of Real Estate Legal, EMEA. Prior to WeWork, Nick was a Real Estate Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Duke University.

Petula Lucey
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Petula Lucey is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at WeWork, responsible for shaping the global brand strategy and propelling business growth.

With over two decades of leadership in real estate and financial services, Petula has consistently transformed marketing and communications into a force multiplier for business success. Her prior leadership roles, including executive positions at HqO, Lendlease, Tishman Speyer, Cushman & Wakefield, and Merrill Lynch, highlight her expertise in global marketing strategy, integrated and performance campaign development, strategic communications, and building high-performing teams for measurable impact.

Brian Fage
Chief Financial Officer

Brian Fage is the Global Head of Finance at WeWork, where he oversees the company’s accounting, internal audit, financial planning & analysis, reporting, treasury, and tax teams.

He has been with WeWork for over seven years, previously holding the position of Vice President, Global Controller. Prior to joining WeWork, Brian held finance and auditing positions at Conductor and UHY LLP. He is an alumnus of Boston University.

Gianna DelliCarpini
Chief People Officer

Gianna DelliCarpini is WeWork’s Chief People Officer, where she leads employee engagement, compensation, global benefits, and workforce planning.

In her 8-year tenure at WeWork, Gianna has held several leadership roles in the People Team, including Vice President of Global People Operations & Total Rewards. In this function, she led global HR strategy and operations through complex organizational moments, including human capital planning during the Chapter 11 process, managing the global HR budget, and building global reward programs for the company. Before joining WeWork, she worked at consulting firms like Deloitte and Capgemini, specializing in organizational transformation and talent strategy for Fortune 500 clients.

Angela D’Aguanno
Chief Administrative Officer

Angela D’Aguanno is WeWork’s Chief Administrative Officer, enhancing the company’s performance through operational efficiency, resource optimization, and cross-functional innovation.

With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Angela is a proven leader who specializes in strategies that align processes, people, and technology to drive growth and profitability. Prior to joining WeWork, she spent 20 years at the global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, where she held various leadership roles in finance and operations. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Americas Advisory Operations, developing corporate strategies and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and resource allocation.

Jigar Shah
Chief Information Officer

Jigar Shah is the Chief Information Officer at WeWork, spearheading the company’s global technology transformation, migrating 300+ legacy systems across 30 countries into a streamlined, high-performance global platform.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate technology, Jigar is a seasoned leader known for directing complex, matrixed IT teams and developing high-impact software solutions. Previously, he served as Vice President of Global Solutions at Yardi Systems, where he oversaw product management and services, directing a $100 million P&L and a 400-person team across the Asia-Pacific region.
