I have been a member since 2019 -- and I remain a member because it's such a solid co-working space. I've read some of the reviews and I am baffled by some of them. I have not experienced the issues or criticisms that others have listed. WeWork - at least at this location - continues to innovate, upgrade, and improve. Space: First, the space is (now) comprised of two floors: the 1st Floor and 4th Floor. The 1st Floor is the small open space layout with two conference rooms, spacious windows with sunlight (or shade) and has an outdoor patio. Probably the best location to work in the premium Biltmore area. The 4th Floor is vary spacious, has a kitchenette, quiet areas, phone booths, conference rooms and private offices. It also has three balconies. Great for the winter to sit and work. Community: The staff incorporates weekly events to bring other members together. Very optional but a nice touch (think: coffee and conversation, super bowl nachos, Halloween theme treats, etc etc). The staff has had very little turnover in the last 6 years - at least on the local building level. Everyone is focused on providing service to members and tenants. Cleanliness: Top notch. Whenever there are issues -- which are few and far between, they are addressed promptly. And they have been over the last 6 years. Downsides: There isn't a great parking option - either paid garage parking or near the restaurants. It's one of the hazards of ritzy areas: parking is a premium. Note: There are other co-working spaces, within 4 blocks but they do not compare with the community vibe at WeWork.
