I have been a member since 2019 -- and I remain a member because it's such a solid co-working space. I've read some of the reviews and I am baffled by some of them. I have not experienced the issues or criticisms that others have listed. WeWork - at least at this location - continues to innovate, upgrade, and improve. Space: First, the space is (now) comprised of two floors: the 1st Floor and 4th Floor. The 1st Floor is the small open space layout with two conference rooms, spacious windows with sunlight (or shade) and has an outdoor patio. Probably the best location to work in the premium Biltmore area. The 4th Floor is vary spacious, has a kitchenette, quiet areas, phone booths, conference rooms and private offices. It also has three balconies. Great for the winter to sit and work. Community: The staff incorporates weekly events to bring other members together. Very optional but a nice touch (think: coffee and conversation, super bowl nachos, Halloween theme treats, etc etc). The staff has had very little turnover in the last 6 years - at least on the local building level. Everyone is focused on providing service to members and tenants. Cleanliness: Top notch. Whenever there are issues -- which are few and far between, they are addressed promptly. And they have been over the last 6 years. Downsides: There isn't a great parking option - either paid garage parking or near the restaurants. It's one of the hazards of ritzy areas: parking is a premium. Note: There are other co-working spaces, within 4 blocks but they do not compare with the community vibe at WeWork.

Love this place, best work environment i've found in Phoenix so far. Multiple floors, TONS of seating. Lots of nooks and crannies to get some solid focused work accomplished. Perfect spot for people who hate non-stimulating work environments.

Parking.. on the app it states they have parking. But it never states that you have to pay for it. Ended up paying $30 dollars for 8 hours. Both locations !! Downtown and at this location. So frustrating. I would have loved to be informed about this before getting the membership.

WeWork definitely disappoints in a big way. About two months ago I booked a work space. Once reserved, I gave the date to meeting attendees. One had to book a flight. Yesterday, I received an email stating "You've canceled your reservation." My first call to WeWork location resulted in an "I don't know. We didn't cancel you. Just go online and book again. We didn't do it." He advised I go online and book again. I attempted to rebook online and received a pop up message "We don't have any rooms or space available." I called WeWorks again and was told "oh that must be because they updated the calendar and we are closed on that day and there is nothing I can do." WOW. No acknowledgement that corporate should be aware to fix this, etc. Very disappointing. One star is generous for WeWorks.

Though I came during business, there was no one there to assist. Plus that lobby does not appear to be up to code with floor mats covering breaks in the floor.

Three issues with this location: 1) kitchen only operational on the ground floor, not on 3rd or 4th. 2) it does not have parking as an amenity despite the fact that it's listed on the OnDemand app. 3) I sent the above feedback to them hoping that they'd update their listing but I've not heard back so the WeWork staff in this area doesn't seem to care.

Never been there, fantastic idea! But, you're only open 8-5 monday through friday...??? That's not useful at all.
