This post is long overdue!!! The management team and staff here are phenomenal!! Emily and Oscar are so dynamic and their positive energy and detailed community engagement strategy is top-tier. The building here is so inclusive professional and inviting. Multiple national days are celebrated across multiple cultures and people groups. International Women's Day was done so beautifully where women in the community and office were celebrated! A local woman owned business was featured and a member in the building (myself) led a mediation. For me it was the great attention to detail with presenting flowers and also doing an entire write-up on the local small business -restaurant including their history and heritage. Like WOW Everyone is celebrated here from top to bottom. AND they run a tight ship. Visitors cannot walk around without a pass and guests are asked to wait patiently in the 3rd floor lobby until their appointment person arrives. From a safety standpoint I appreciate this. Maria, in maintenance is fabulous and always has a kind smile, while keeping the facility in top shape - clean and prestine. She's a vital member of the community

What a great place to get work done. The staff were super helpful and kind and conference rooms were clean with modern furnishings. I was super impressed that the wifi was strong as I went through my back to back meetings. Location was also optimal for getting food close by. Would highly recommend as a place to work if one wants to be comfortable and productive.

Incredible workspace in downtown Long Beach!! Super helpful staff members, great amenities like coffee, water, tea, and perfect set up to work if you're in tech, healthcare, or looking for any space to work in. Highly recommend coming here!!

As good as it gets. I work in a lot of WeWorks around the world and I have to say this is the best run I’ve come across. The staff, specifically Emily and Oscar, are amazing, forever looking after everyone who works here. Eg. We’re rarely out of milk, but when this happens, they fall over themselves to replenish stocks. That’s just one tiny example of how well run this place is - they really do care. A credit to WeWork, this spot is epic.

Extraordinarily inclusive of all peoples and just so welcoming and clean. The lady who works in maintenance is an absolute jewl. Today we had something called Toasty Tuesdays....oh I luv!!! Never heard of that before but the avocado and ingredients were so fresh and delic. Front desk staff is on point. Emily N. is so accessible to help when things come up. Their energy is a win!

Great place to have your office! Emily and Oscar always treat our clientele and appointments with great customer service and find ways to cater to specific needs and are very helpful and responsive. Maria does a wonderful job keeping everything tidy and always see her interact kindly with tenants.
