Be your authentic self at WeWork

The mission of WeWork’s Office of Inclusion is to create an environment where everyone feels respected and welcome to be their authentic selves at work.

Amplifying all voices

Our Employee Community Groups (ECGs) began as grassroots efforts that have become core to our culture. They bring our communities around the world closer together to celebrate unique lived experiences. These employee-led groups serve as a resource for team members by helping foster an inclusive workplace aligned with WeWork’s mission, values, goals, and objectives.

Creating a community where people feel represented, included, and heard in the workplace, regardless of their background, by increasing belonging and inclusion within WeWork.

We seek to support parents at WeWork, empowering everyone to live their home and work lives to the fullest.

We seek to create a more inclusive culture for all employees, through events, active citizenship, a digital community, and mentorship, so that every person feels safe, visible, empowered, and able to connect with others at WeWork globally, regardless of their LGBTQIA+ status.

We seek to empower all employees, regardless of gender, to reach their potential through networking, career development, learning opportunities, and social good within a safe and trusting environment.

We Are Able advocates for a safe, accessible workplace where employees of ALL abilities are empowered through inclusivity, empathy, education, and a supportive community.
