Free Trial for Enterprise Companies Terms and Conditions: Offer. The two months free WeWork All Access trial offer for enterprise companies (“Offer”) is only available to companies with a minimum of 200 full time employees globally, and is subject to a company entering into a WeWork All Access membership agreement. Offer must be redeemed, and free trial must be initiated, no later than August 1, 2021. Offer Period and Automatic Termination. Free trial period must begin on the first (1st) calendar day of a month and will automatically end after the last calendar day of the second month of the trial. At the end of the free trial period, the All Access membership will automatically terminate and you will no longer be permitted access to any WeWork location unless you sign on a new membership agreement. Additional Terms. Offer limited to fifty (50) to three hundred (300) All Access memberships per company, which passes must be distributed to company personnel residing in the same country. Each company may only take advantage of the Offer once. Offer not available in Greater China, Japan, India, or Costa Rica. Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. By participating in this Offer, you may be ineligible for other promotions or offers, during or after the free trial period. No adjustments to prior purchases. We may modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
