WeWork All Access booking policies and guidelines: 

Desk policy:

  • The WeWork All Access membership allows members to book one desk booking per day, subject to availability, at hundreds of WeWork locations globally. Additional same-day desk booking incurs a cost of 1 credit. 
  • Desk bookings provide access to pantries, lounges, phone booths and shared common areas; a separate booking is required to access meeting rooms.

Meeting room policy:

  • Meeting room bookings include access only to the booked room for the time and duration booked. Building access will begin 30 minutes prior to the booking start time. 
  • To remain in the building beyond the length of a meeting room booking and have access to common areas, phone booths and pantries users must make a separate meeting room or desk booking.

Bookable private office policy

  • WeWork All Access members can book daily private offices at a rate of two credits per seat, per day.*
  • Members with a private office booking can bring as many guests as the room capacity allows for, bearing in mind that the member’s seat does count towards that capacity. Members can register their guest(s) in the WeWork app, or on the WeWork member network.

Guest Policy

  • Guests are not permitted with a desk booking. Desk bookings are valid for one person per account.
  • The number of guests attending a meeting room booking is limited to room capacity, including the host. For guest access to common areas, phone booths and pantries beyond the length of the meeting room booking, a separate desk booking is required.
  • Guests should bring a valid ID and check-in with the Community team upon arrival.
  • Member hosts must be present prior to guest arrival and throughout the duration of the meeting room booking. Guests are permitted to access the building only during the duration of the meeting room booking.

Cancellation policy

  • Desk bookings may be cancelled by 11:59 p.m. the day before the booking starts. Bookings made day of can be cancelled within 5 minutes of making a booking.
  • Meeting room bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 60 minutes before the start time of the booking. Bookings made day-of can be cancelled within 5 minutes of making a booking.
  • Members can cancel a private office booking up until 11:59 p.m. the day before the booking starts. Same-day bookings can be cancelled within 30 minutes of booking.
  • Desk bookings should be cancelled if unable to attend in order to accommodate other WeWork members who are able to book and attend. Desk availability is based on capacity.
