Your WeWork All Access Basic or Plus monthly membership includes one coworking space booking per day, as well as the ability to book meeting rooms by the hour and private offices by the day using credits at select locations based upon your WeWork All Access membership plan.

If you haven’t already set a password, check your email for an ‘Invitation to WeWork’, or click ‘Forgot Password’ to be emailed a link to create one.
To start using your WeWork All Access membership, book a workspace through the WeWork app or member web portal. Your first booking must be a non-holiday weekday between 9am-5pm, as our Community Teams will need to be onsite to give you a warm welcome and verify your identity before activating your keycard.
On the date of your first booking, visit the Community Desk to collect and activate your keycard. You can find wayfinding instructions within the WeWork App, and remember to bring a government-issued ID.
Our Community Teams can answer any questions and direct you to the common area to settle in.

You will need to stop by the front desk to have your identity verified by the local Community team (see steps above).
WeWork All Access members are only permitted to have guests when booking a meeting room or daily private office. When you make a meeting room or daily private office booking, you will see an option to register a guest.The number of guests is limited to the capacity of the booked room (including the person who booked) and guests are only permitted access for the duration of the booking period. All guests must check in at WeWork’s Front Desk upon arrival, and guests will not be permitted access to the space until you are onsite and should not be left unattended.
Select WeWork locations offer ‘Extended Hours’ from 6am-11.59pm, 7 days a week. For those that do not have ‘Extended Hours’ access, you can book a workspace from Monday to Friday during the working hours of each location. To view the opening hours of a specific location, navigate to the Building Guide on the WeWork App, and select ‘Building Information’.
Once you have collected and activated your keycard, your WeWork All Access membership allows you to book a workspace at weekends in select locations that offer ‘Extended Hours’. Note that certain amenities are only offered during standard hours.

Credits are included in your WeWork All Access membership plan, as set forth in your membership agreement. Credits are refreshed on the first of every calendar month and unused credits will not roll over into the next month. If you have multiple memberships on one account, credits are pooled at the account level. If you require more credits, you are welcome to make additional bookings over your included credits, and the charges for these bookings will be added to your next month’s invoice. If you need to cancel a meeting room booking, this must be done at least one hour before the reservation start time. Cancelation of workspace or private office bookings must be made by 11:59 PM the day before the reservation. Cancelations that fall outside of these times may not be refundable. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can manage your company’s account through Account Central. Primary, Admin and Billing members can access Account Central via the Member portal by going to the drop-down list in the right-hand corner and selecting the option for to Account Central.
Primary and Admin members can add and remove members directly through Account Central. Go to the ‘Members’ tab to see if you have any spaces available and select ‘Invite member(s)’. You can invite members one by one or in bulk, and remember to remove someone if they no longer need their membership in order to free up a space on the account.
You can view your account’s booking and printing history by navigating to the ‘Usage reports’ tab in Account Central , There is also an option to export the data for further analysis.
You can update your payment settings in Account Central by going to the ‘Payment Method’ tab.

The WeWork App allows you to stay connected and reserve productive spaces around the world, with the option to book meeting rooms and private offices straight from your phone. Additional costs may apply.
To book a meeting room, open the WeWork app or visit the member web portal. Choose the location that works best for you and select the window of time you would like to reserve the room for. Applicable credits will be shown and deducted from your account on booking. If you need more credits than you are allocated in a month, you can simply use as many as you need and the overages will be charged in your next month’s invoice. Once you book a room via the WeWork app, your keycard will automatically be activated 30 minutes before and after your booking to give you access to your chosen location.
To start using your WeWork All Access membership, you must first activate your keycard which will allow you to unlock our locations globally.
In order to collect your keycard, your first visit must be on any non-holiday weekday during the hours of 9am-5pm. On the day of the booking, visit the Community Desk to collect your keycard and enter the keycard digits on the WeWork app. It will prompt you to go through a verification process so don’t forget to bring a valid ID for this.
To change the home location that you see when logging into the WeWork App by going to , tap the ‘Account’ section of the WeWork app, then selecting ‘Home Location’. Please note that this is onlythis only for building announcements and information, and does not change the ‘Primary location’ that your agreement is signed to for Billing purposes, as this can only be changed by signing a new membership agreement.
You can book meeting rooms and private offices using credits.
Meeting rooms can be booked in half-hour increments and the number of credits will depend on the size of the room and location.
If you are booking a Private Office the credit amount is determined by the capacity of the office. Under the capacity of that office it will show how many credits it will cost.
