Early stage startups must:
- Be based in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and Washington, D.C.
- Be founded within the last 5 years
- Have less than 100 employees
- Funding stage: bootstrapped, (pre-)seed
- Pre-revenue or a turnover of less than $2M
Non-profits and social impact groups must:
- Be based in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City and Washington, D.C.
- Be founded within the last 5 years
- Registered B-Corp or 501(c)(3)
- Supporting underserved communities with economic opportunities

WeWork Growth Campus U.S. Offer Terms and Conditions:
WeWork is offering eligible participants a discount on monthly membership fees at WeWork Growth Campus locations when signing up to a membership agreement for dedicated desk(s) or private office space, subject to eligibility requirements (“Offer”). The specific Offer discount amount shall be determined by taking into consideration size, classification and funding stage of the Offer participant company, the selected Growth Campus location, availability, membership commitment term and the Offer discount amount shall be in WeWork’s sole discretion and subject to availability. Please fill out the form fill located at we.co/growth-campus to learn about the specific Offer discounts. Offer valid from February 15, 2022 through August 31, 2022 (“Offer Period”) and is available for new members only.
To participate in this Offer, participants must classify as a start-up or social impact / non-profit company who meet the full eligibility requirements located on the WeWork Growth Campus U.S. page. Participants must sign a WeWork Membership Agreement for dedicated space with a commitment term of six (6) to twelve (12) months, and must not be current members of WeWork or participating in any other offers or promotions. This Offer is available for WeWork Growth Campus locations in the United States only and subject to availability. Each participant may only take advantage of the Offer once. Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. By participating in this Offer, you may be ineligible for other promotions or offers, during or after the Offer period, including other free or discounted trial offers. No adjustments to prior purchases. We may modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
