Paris, France – February 8, 2023 – WeWork Inc. (NYSE: WE) (“WeWork”), the leading global flexible space provider, today announced the opening of its new building in Paris, at 37 Avenue Trudaine. Spanning six floors and featuring a glass-dome atrium that floods the ground floor with natural light, this opening marks the company’s 20th location in the French capital.
A stone’s throw from the Sacré Coeur and the emblematic Rue des Martyrs, WeWork 37 Avenue Trudaine is located in the heart of the city in the 9th arrondissement. A dynamic, multicultural neighborhood, the 9th, well-known as a hub for tourists, is becoming an increasingly popular destination for companies and technology start-ups – earning its neighborhood nickname, Silicon 9e – who are recognising the value of destination workplaces in desirable locations.
French startup MyTraffic, which specializes in urban traffic analysis, will be WeWork’s first members in the space; taking over an entire floor to accommodate its 100+ employees.

Built in 1863 by architect Juste Lisch, 37 Avenue Trudaine was formerly the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry business schoolWeWork’s design team incorporated warm, rich tones of walnut wood in communal areas as well as accents of rich, red velvet to pay homage to the neighborhood’s nocturnal life.
