1. Log in to the WeWork App: Open the app and navigate to your profile section.
2. Access Keycard Settings: Go to Settings > Keycard > Mobile Keycard, and then tap “Activate”. Note: Ensure you have activated your physical keycard before proceeding with the digital key activation.
3. Add to Apple Wallet: You will be prompted to add the digital keycard to your Apple Wallet.
4. Verify Your Email: Check your email for a 6-digit verification code. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
5. Create Your Digital Keycard: Once verified, your digital key will be created.
6. Add the Key to Your Wallet: You’ll be prompted to add the digital key to your Apple Wallet. Tap “Add” to complete the process. You can use this contactless pass with both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
7. Activate Express Mode: The Express Pass feature is automatically enabled, allowing you to use your digital key without needing Face ID or your passcode. Simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near a reader. The pass will still work even if your device needs to be recharged.
8. Confirmation: Return to the Keycard screen to confirm that your digital keycard is active and ready to use!

WeWork digital keycard is the virtual version of your physical WeWork keycard. You can use your digital keycard, anywhere you can swipe your WeWork physical keycard, with your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android phone.

Note: Digital keycard is only available for Private Office and Dedicated Desk members. Compatibility with printers at your location may not be available at this time but will be coming soon.

To activate your WeWork digital keycard, you need to log into the WeWork app and go to Account > Settings > keycard. From that screen, just tap on ‘Activate’ and follow the instructions on your screen.

At this time, the WeWork digital keycard card can only be used in select buildings.

If you didn’t receive your verification code, please verify that it was sent to the right email address, look at your `Spam` and `All Mail’ folders. If you are still unable to view your verification code, please open a support request within the WeWork app or email help@wework.com.

No, that additional access will be automatically reflected on your digital keycard immediately.

Other buildings may work but there is a high likelihood that keycard readers at building entrances, speed gates, and turnstiles will not work.
