NEW YORK, NY – March 23, 2023 – WeWork (NYSE: WE), a leading global flexible space provider, has announced that WeWork On Demand – the company’s pay-as-you-go product that provides access to coworking spaces by the day and meeting rooms by the hour – is now available in 24 locations across four cities in Brazil: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, and Porto Alegre.
Launched in New York City in 2020, WeWork On Demand is now in more than 70 major cities around the world, increasing the total number of WeWork On Demand locations to more than 370 globally. As WeWork’s most flexible offering, users have the ability to book available workspace through the WeWork iPhone and Android apps, with no long-term commitment required.

Brazil is the 16th country that WeWork On Demand has expanded to since its debut in 2020, illustrating its steady growth and the increasing need for touchdown workspaces. As of January 2023, global bookings for WeWork On Demand have increased more than 140% year-over-year. Also available in every country across WeWork’s Latin American portfolio, WeWork All Access is a monthly membership to intentionally designed coworking spaces around the world, global bookings for which have grown 85% year-over-year as of January 2023.
