The Challenge: a fast-growing AI company needed to open new offices worldwide
Interested in workspace?
Robin AI, a legal AI company, faced significant challenges finding the perfect office space that could keep up with its rapid expansion. Traditional offices were too rigid, requiring long-term leases, extensive setup times, and significant operational costs and company resources.
With teams quickly expanding in international markets, Robin AI needed an office partner that could provide:
- Flexible workspace solutions to support a dynamic and rapidly growing global workforce.
- Streamlined global real estate operations ensuring efficient resource management and operational excellence across international locations.
- A collaborative and innovative environment that fostered innovation, teamwork, and a strong company culture.
The Solution: Full-floor headquarters in London and regional offices in emerging markets
Robin AI joined WeWork in 2020 with just a six-desk private office in London. Today, Robin AI has established their official London headquarters across an entire floor in 10 Devonshire Square complete with their own focus areas, common areas, private offices, and pantry. Plus, with WeWork’s global network of turnkey offices, they’ve been able to quickly expand operations in key markets, including New York, Singapore, Australia, and Northern Ireland.
With WeWork’s international presence and vast network of move-in ready, fully-serviced spaces, the company could easily establish new offices without the hassle of long-term leases, logistical delays, or operational headaches.

“We don’t have time to tour real estate every few months when we need to expand,” says Karolina Lukoszová, VP of Legal Engineering. But beyond speed and simplicity Robin AI wanted global consistency. Karolina adds, “With WeWork, we can arrive at a new office in a completely different country and trust that everything will be the same standard we’re used to.”
Robin AI operates on a hybrid model, with employees working from WeWork offices at least three days a week. The space is especially useful for in-person collaboration such as company-wide meetings, social events, and team-building activities. The dynamic office environment fosters teamwork and helps employees stay engaged. Plus, WeWork’s consistency is ideal for creating a globally cohesive work experience wherever teams are located.
“We strongly believe in the value of team building and serendipitous interactions—things that are much harder to achieve when communication is limited to Slack and email,” Karolina Lukoszová says.

Results: Seamless scale, global consistency, enhanced team collaboration and culture
Robin AI’s partnership with WeWork has fueled exceptional growth, scaling the company from six desks to over 200 employees across five countries. This expansion has solidified Robin AI’s position as an industry leader and significantly strengthened its brand credibility. Furthermore, WeWork’s real estate management and office operations has dramatically increased Robin AI’s operational efficiency, freeing the company to concentrate on growing its business. Plus, Robin AI employees have a cohesive work experience wherever they are located, powering a strong, connected workforce and company culture.
