This offer (the “Offer”) is offered by WeWork Mexico Co, S. de R.L. de C.V., (“WeWork”), and is valid from October 11, 2022 until December 31, 2022. Participants will receive a 50% (fifty percent) discount on the total value of the Membership Fee consisting of a private office of up to 5 (five) desks during the first 6 (six) months of the term of the Membership Agreement.
The Offer is available only to (i) new WeWork customers; or, (ii) WeWork customers who have had a current Membership Agreement in the past and are re-hiring. Participating private offices will be those located in the building WeWork Punto Sur in Guadalajara and the WeWork buildings in Mexico City: WeWork Arcos Bosques, WeWork Park Plaza, WeWork Prolongación Paseo de la Reforma, WeWork Miguel de Cervantes, WeWork Lago Alberto, WeWork Montes Urales, WeWork Insurgentes Sur 601, WeWork Mitikah, WeWork Varsovia, WeWork Reforma Latino and WeWork Reforma 26.
This Offer is not combinable with any other offer or promotion that WeWork has in effect at the time the WeWork membership is purchased, or at any other time. The Offer must be used by December 31, 2022, and the start date of the Membership Agreement, on which the member may begin using the services offered by WeWork, must be no later than January 1, 2023. The Offer is personal, is not transferable or alienable, has no cash value and, by participating in this Offer, the member acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not be eligible for any other WeWork promotions or offers in effect at that time. This Offer may not be applied retroactively. WeWork reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice and without liability.
