*WeWork private office memberships are subject to service retainers, set up fees, optional elected add-on services fees, overage charges, late fees and or any other fees as set forth in your membership agreement. This one month free of monthly membership fees offer (“Offer”) is valid only for new and previous WeWork members, who have not been active WeWork members for at least two (2) months. Offer participants must be current members of WeWork Partner. Offer is valid from June 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Participants shall receive the equivalent discount of one (1) month at a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the applicable monthly membership fees with a minimum 12-month commitment term. ​The one (1) month free discount is a discounted monetary equivalent of one (1) free month, based on the commitment term, that may be amortized over the commitment term. The application of the free month to payment shall be in the sole discretion of WeWork. Offer is available only for select private offices with a capacity of up to 49 people at select WeWork locations, and subject to availability.
