This offer (the “Offer”) is offered by WeWork Mexico Co, S. de R.L. de C.V., (“WeWork”), and is valid from October 11, 2022 until December 31, 2022. Participants may receive (i) 2 (two) free months (January and February 2023) on their Membership Fee when entering into a Membership Agreement with a minimum Forced Term of 6 (six) months; or, (ii) 2 (three) free months (January, February and March 2023), on their Membership Fee when entering into a Membership Agreement with a minimum Forced Term of 12 (twelve) months. The Offer is available only to (i) new WeWork customers; or, (ii) WeWork customers who have had a current Membership Agreement in the past and are re-hiring (the “Member”). Participating private offices will be those located in WeWork buildings in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, and will be subject to availability. This Offer is not combinable with any other offer or promotion WeWork has in effect at the time the WeWork membership is taken out, or at any other time. The Offer must be used by December 31, 2022, and the start date of the Membership Agreement, on which the Member may begin using the services offered by WeWork, must be no later than January 1, 2023. The Offer is personal, is not transferable or alienable, has no cash value and, by participating in this Offer, the Member acknowledges and agrees that he/she may not be a beneficiary of other WeWork promotions or offers in effect at that time.
