*One Month Free of WeWork All Access Plus Monthly Membership Fees & a Monthly Membership Fee Discount For TriNet Premium Members: WeWork is offering: (i) one (1) month free of monthly membership fees on WeWork All Access Plus membership plan. Other fees and charges may apply based upon member’s bookings including, but not limited to credit overages and late fees (“Free Month”). After the Free Month, Offer participants will be charged a recurring monthly membership fee of One Hundred Fifty United States Dollars ($150 USD) plus applicable taxes for the duration of the membership agreement (“Offer”). Offer valid from February 14, 2022 through January 18, 2025 and is subject to the WeWork All Access Membership Terms and Conditions. Membership must start by January 18, 2025. The payment method on file will be automatically charged the full applicable monthly rate on or about the first day of the following month. To opt out of the automatic renewal, contact us at help@wework.com or through the WeWork app or website by clicking “Account”, then “Support”, then “Membership”, and submit a request to cancel before the end of the Free Month. After the Free Month, unless you are in a commitment term, you may cancel your WeWork All Access Plus Membership plan(s) by providing us with at least five (5) days’ notice prior to the last day of a calendar month in accordance with the WeWork All Access Membership Terms and Conditions by contacting us at help@wework.com or through the WeWork app or website by clicking “Account”, then “Support”, then “Membership”, and submitting a request to cancel. If you are in a commitment term, you may cancel in accordance with the WeWork All Access Membership Terms and Conditions. In the event Offer participant is no longer a TriNet Premium member, not in good standing with TriNet, or is not in compliance with the WeWork All Access Membership Terms and Conditions, WeWork, may, but is not obligated to, terminate Offer participant’s WeWork All Access membership.
