This WeWork is fantastic - Adriene and Ashley are not only very helpful and attentive, but there are awesome events on Tuesdays and Thursdays for tenants. The place is always clean, someone is always ready to help, the coffee and kombucha is a life saver on a long busy day.

The office spaces are clean and well equipped for getting work done as well as for taking breaks between meetings. Even though there are conveniences nearby at the Spectrum, the WeWork also offers a couple amenities as well. The office staff is also very welcoming and helpful.

I have enjoyed my working sessions at the WeWork in Irvine. The staff is extremely friendly, the space is very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this space as a place to work on your own or to bring colleagues/clients in order to collaborate in person. The location is also great which is a nice bonus! I look forward to continuing to visit this location.

I have been using this space for the past two years, and I don't have a negative word to say about it. It's functional and clean, the staff is very friendly, and there's an awesome cafe on the first floor of the building that I literally look forward to eating-at every time I am in the office.

My company has been a WeWork member for years, and hosting our leadership team meeting at the WeWork Spectrum Center is such an ideal location for us! Quiet environments, attentive staff, comfortable space, and proximity to great food and hotels makes it an easy choice. Adriene and Ashley have created an exceptional shared workspace environment. The amenities are first class, weekly special events allow for socializing, the space is always clean, and most importantly one can work without the distraction of loud conversation or noises. I’d like to be able to say that problems that arise are resolved quickly, but Adriene is relentless in making sure there are no problems in the first place. Highly recommend WeWork at 200 Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA!

I’ve been working from this location for a year, on a nearly daily basis, as an All Access member (no private office or dedicated desk). I think it’s definitely the best coworking space in the area. The space is well maintained, it’s nearly always possible to get a quiet space to have a call (this is big for me since I’m in meetings for hours every day), and most of all, the community team here is so diligent and kind. They organize fun activities like happy hours and networking events, special snacks, etc. twice a week. They are also always available to help, even with random questions and requests. It really makes me happy to be a member. I know you may have heard WeWork is working their way through a Ch.11 bankruptcy, but thankfully that has not had a visible impact to members here, as everything is operating normally and with a full staff. I plan to keep my membership and keep working from 200 Spectrum for as long as I’m doing remote work because I love it here. Tips: 1. if you can’t find a workspace on the third floor, simply ask at the desk and they’ll call an elevator to 4 for you where there are even more spaces. Our “all access” cards don’t work on the elevators here for some annoying reason. 2. You can get a monthly parking pass for about $115 through Spacer. This will give you a transmitter for the 200 Spectrum garage.
