The WeWork Ad Portal powered by Captivate is an easy to use, self-service tool that allows you to upload a :15 second video ad directly to WeWork’s TV queue, in one or more WeWork locations.

No, WeWork competitors, such as other co-working and commercial real estate companies, will not be able to buy ad space on this platform.

Upon placing their order, the user will get an automated email with their transaction details/invoice. A member of our digital screens partner, Captivate, will not reach out unless there is a concern with the order/creative. If there is, Captivate will reach out directly to the customer. If there is a questionable submission, Captivate will reach out to WeWork to approve prior to scheduling.

Recess is a booking platform that allows brands to book space in our WeWork locations for marketing purposes, such as space to host a tabling activation, Lunch & Learns, and even the opportunity to send product samples to our member base. Recess makes the process extremely turn-key, by working with you every step of the way, from booking an activation in one or more WeWork locations, to helping your brand ship products, all the way through execution. 

Once you book activation space at one or more of our WeWork locations through the Recess platform, a Recess representative will reach out to you to discuss activation date, and all other applicable details. From there, Recess will continue to work through all logistics with your brand to ensure a seamless execution.
