There’s one question I hear every day from Fortune 500 leaders: How do you create the right environment for today’s employees who are more mobile and more flexible, and want to work somewhere that allows them to thrive personally and professionally?
With more than 300 locations across over 80 cities, WeWork has a front-row seat into the process of finding, designing, building, and operating a workplace. Our integrated team of real estate experts, designers, architects, contractors, and community managers knows that creating the optimal work environment is about more than the right location, the perfect furniture, or the best coffee. It’s about bringing all of these elements together and ensuring your workspace is engineered for all the ways your teams work best—driving the human connections that result in better work.
At WeWork we’re proud to deliver this experience to the more than 1,000 enterprise companies within our locations around the world, but that’s just one piece of the puzzle. Looking ahead, we’re focusing on leveraging our insights, our scale, and our in-house team to help enterprise companies deliver an amazing work environment everyday, everywhere—whether it’s in WeWork locations or in their own spaces through our Powered by We offering.
That’s why I’m excited to announce that Craig Robinson will be joining WeWork as global head of Enterprise Services for Powered By We.
About Craig Robinson
Key to achieving our vision is having a deep understanding of the end-to-end needs of enterprise companies. As the former CEO of Global Corporate Services at Newmark Knight Frank, Craig’s experience in this arena is second to none.
Craig has spent more than 20 years advising enterprises and building full occupiers’ services businesses, both within large global public companies as well as mid-cap growth companies. Prior to Newmark, he was president of the U.S. Region of Colliers International Group Inc., where he was responsible for 150 offices and managed all day-to-day aspects of the business, including sales and operations for corporate services, brokerage, and property and facility management.
Above all, Craig has a deep understanding of and appreciation for the role of data and technology in delivering an optimal workplace experience. In this newly created role, Craig will oversee WeWork’s integrated portfolio of solutions for Powered by We clients, including program and project management, design and build services, and facilities management. Partnering with WeWork’s integrated development, design and construction teams, Craig will help bring WeWork’s expertise directly to enterprises’ owned or leased spaces.
The building portfolio of the future
As our enterprise members—companies with more than 1,000 employees—have become the fastest-growing segment of our member base, we are more committed than ever to offering a suite of flexible solutions tailored to their needs.
Whether we’re serving members through a custom buildout in one of our WeWork locations, redesigning their owned or leased spaces via Powered by We, or offering them Global Access to our entire network of WeWork locations around the world, our aim is to give enterprises a consistent, optimal experience across their full portfolio of workspace.
With Craig’s vision and expertise, we will be one step closer to delivering on our vision. We are excited to welcome Craig to the WeWork family.
