WeWork, the world’s leading space-as-a-service platform, today announced that Kimberly Ross will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer at the end of this month for personal reasons. Effective October 1, Benjamin Dunham will assume the role of CFO, after serving as CFO of WeWork Americas for the past two years. Dunham brings more than 20 years of experience to this position and will report directly to Sandeep Mathrani, Chief Executive Officer. Ross will stay on through the end of October to assist with the transition.
In his new role, Dunham will lead WeWork’s financial planning and analysis, investor relations and corporate finance functions on a global basis.

As CFO of WeWork Americas, Benjamin has played a critical role in developing processes and controls to enable improved business performance and effective capital allocation. Prior to joining WeWork in 2018, he spent twelve years with Yum Brands where during his tenure he served as CFO of Pizza Hut Asia in 2013 and later as Head of Finance for Pizza Hut United States in 2016. His early experience included roles in mergers & acquisitions, investor relations, and business analytics. Prior to Yum Brands, Ben spent five years at Macy’s, Inc.
Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami and a MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management.
