New York, NY – March 8, 2023 – In celebration of International Women’s Day, WeWork (NYSE: WE), a leading global flexible space provider, today announced a partnership with Equality Now, an international human rights organization that works to protect and promote the rights of all women and girls around the world. Through the partnership, WeWork will provide Equality Now’s global employees with access to flexible workspaces that can help foster innovation through collaboration to help support the organization’s work.
During the pandemic, Equality Now became a fully dispersed organization, enabling it to recruit incredible talent from cities and countries across the globe. Today, Equality Now has staff in 20 countries working to achieve legal and systemic changes that address violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world.
As the exclusive flexible workspace provider to Equality Now, WeWork is providing the organization with private office space in New York City and London where staff can come together, collaborate and foster a free flow of ideas and strategies.
