Very clean. Great vibes. Spacious. Lots of personal booths for calls. Wellness room and mother's room is appreciated. Snacks available for purchase. Cold brew, filtered water, drip coffee, espresso machine, kombucha, seltzer, tea all available free of charge. Fun community events as well! Great views

Beautiful co-working space with unbeatable view! The staff is fantastic! Always helpful and attentive! Lots of different options to work - open space, small phone booths, or one of the equipped meeting rooms or private offices.

We have had our office with WeWork for 3 years now in 2 different buildings in Seattle and I can say that the staff and amenities at 1201 3rd are fantastic. Kelsie and Maddy at the front desk are SO wonderful and have made the environment so welcoming. The team truly bends over backwards to make sure that every guest is treated with 5 star service. Thanks for all that you do to keep the members supported!
