How do I sign up for WeWork On Demand?

To sign up, download the WeWork app or visit WeWork.com and create an account with your email, name & password. The WeWork app is available on iOS and Android and gives you access to 300+ locations across 70+ major cities.

What can I access with WeWork On Demand?

WeWork On Demand offers the ability to book coworking spaces (“Desks”), private offices (“Offices”) and meeting rooms (“Rooms”) at select locations worldwide during regular business hours (generally between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m but may vary by location) on all weekdays (except local bank/government holidays observed in the region or territory of the specific WeWork location), subject to locations, booking, and availability. Your access will depend on your type of booking. “Desk” bookings will give you access to coworking spaces at WeWork On Demand enabled locations, including hot desks, lounges, pantries, and phone booths. “Office” bookings will give you access to the booked private office and common areas (including lounges, pantries, and phone booths) for the day during business hours (may vary by location). “Room” bookings will give you access to the booked meeting room for the allotted time. There are currently 300+ locations across 70+ major cities accessible through WeWork On Demand. You can search for available locations here or in the WeWork app.

How do I access WeWork On Demand locations?

When you arrive at WeWork for your first visit, check in with a member of our Community team at the Community Bar. They will get you set up with a keycard for all future reservations. Make sure to bring your photo ID, which is needed for keycard activation. For future bookings, your keycard will automatically activate for your booked location 20 minutes prior to your reservation start time.

What’s the difference between a “Desk” booking, “Office” booking, and a “Room” booking?

Booking a "Desk" through the WeWork app allows you to access WeWork common areas and shared workspaces, including hot desks, lounges, pantries, phone booths, and more. “Office” bookings are available at select locations and will give you access to the booked private office and common areas (including lounges, pantries, and phone booths) for the day during business hours. You can learn more about booking private offices here. Booking a meeting room (“Room”) allows access to a meeting room for the length of your reservation. All bookings can be done via the WeWork app with a credit card.

What is your WeWork On Demand guest policy?

For Room and Office bookings, the number of guests is limited to the meeting room or office capacity, including the host. Guests should bring a valid photo ID and check in with the Community team. Hosts must be present prior to guest arrival and through the duration of the booking. Guests are permitted to access the WeWork location only during such booking period. No guests are permitted with Desk bookings.

How do I cancel a booking?

You may cancel your booking in the WeWork app as long as you are within the reservation cancellation window. To be automatically refunded the cost of your Room, Office and/or Desk booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Users will have a 5-minute window immediately post booking to cancel any reservation and receive a full refund. If you are outside the reservation cancellation window, please contact help@wework.com to cancel your booking.
