What spaces do I get access to as part of my WeWork All Access monthly membership?

Your WeWork All Access monthly membership includes one coworking space booking per day, as well as the ability to book meeting rooms by the hour and private offices by the day using credits at select locations based upon your WeWork All Access membership plan. If it’s your first time in a building, check in with the Community Team at the Front Desk.

Does my WeWork All Access membership include credits?

Credits are available based on your WeWork All Access membership plan as set forth in your membership agreement. Credits refresh on the first of every month. Unused credits will not roll over into the next month. You are welcome to make additional bookings over your included credits, and the charges for these bookings will be added to your next month’s invoice. Is mail and package handling included with WeWork All Access?

Mail and package handling is not available for WeWork All Access members. *Some existing WeWork All Access members have the Mail & Package Add-On that allows them to receive mail and package deliveries to a specified WeWork location (this is no longer sold). During what hours can I book space with WeWork All Access?

Select WeWork locations offer access during extended hours, 6:00 am to 11:59pm. For those that do not, you can book workspace Monday through Friday during business hours of each location. To view the business hours of a specific location, navigate to the Building Guide on the WeWork app, and select “Building Information”.

Can I book workspace on the weekend?

Once you have picked up and activated your keycard, your WeWork All Access membership allows you to book a workspace on weekends in select locations that offer access during extended hours, 6:00 am to 11:59pm. Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.

Can I book workspace on a public holiday?

Yes, once you have picked up and activated your keycard during regular business hours, your WeWork All Access membership allows you to book a workspace on public holidays at select locations with extended hours, 6:00 am to 11:59 pm. In addition, certain amenities are only offered during business hours.

How do I get a keycard and start using my membership?

After you purchase your WeWork All Access membership, you can use the WeWork app or Member Web to book a coworking space, meeting room, or private office during business hours when the Community team is on-site. Upon arriving for your first visit, you will need to provide a government-issued ID to verify your identity, after which our Community team will issue you your keycard. We will only issue your keycard if the WeWork you book is a) within the same country as your primary location, or b) if you provide a government-issued ID (or other documentation such as but not limited to an employment letter, a business incorporation, a flight booking) associated with the country your primary location is in. If you cannot provide documentation linking you to the country of your primary location, please reach out to weworkallaccess@wework.com (outside United States and Canada) or allaccessmembersupport@wework.com (United States and Canada)
