For the safety and enjoyment of all members of our community, all members, guests, and others using our spaces shall act in a respectful manner in the space, use the space in a manner consistent with typical commercial office building usage, and shall not perform any activity or cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to us or any members, or our/their employees, guests, or property. Use of any WeWork space to conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities is strictly prohibited.
We ask that members limit use of our phone booths to 1 hour at a time.
Guests are not permitted for WeWork All Access, WeWork On Demand, Dedicated Desk, Hot Desk, or We members, or for private office members booking outside their Main Premises, except in connection with a meeting room booking. The number of guests is limited to the number of people permitted in the booked meeting room, and the guests only will be permitted to access the WeWork space during such booking period.
You must register all guests with WeWork through our app or website. Guests are required to check-in at the front desk, and we will notify you of their arrival. Guests will not be allowed on your floor until you have been properly notified. Guests may be required to show a valid, government-issued photo ID and/or perform additional required steps according to our policies.
Guests must be accompanied by a WeWork member at all times (particularly any guests that are under the age of majority) and are not permitted to use the common spaces, including after a meeting room booking period.
You are responsible for your guests while they are in the WeWork space. WeWork reserves the right to restrict access to guests in the event such access or use of the WeWork space violates these House Rules or the terms of your membership agreement.
For the safety of all members, delivery personnel and couriers are not permitted beyond the front desk in the WeWork Space.
Your WeWork membership and member keycard are non-transferable and are intended for the use of the person to which they are allocated in your membership agreement, only; they are not intended to provide access or use to other parties. If you lose or damage your keycard, please notify the Community team at a WeWork location as soon as possible. You may be charged a fee for a replacement keycard.
You are not permitted to make copies of any keys, keycards or other means of entry to any WeWork space, or lend, share or transfer any keys or keycards to any third party, unless authorized by us in advance.
Do not allow others to access keycard restricted areas without swiping their own keycards. If someone follows you into a WeWork space without swiping their keycard, request that they check in with the WeWork Community desk.
Weapons of any kind, and any other offensive, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable or explosive materials are strictly prohibited in any WeWork space. If you become aware of a weapon in a WeWork space, contact your local Community Manager or call the WeWork emergency phone line immediately (emergency phone numbers available HERE).
WeWork On Demand members and WeWork All Access members are not permitted to use WeWork locations for mail and package receipt (except for WeWork All Access members that have purchased a mail and packaging service add-on in connection with their membership, which is available in select locations only). For members who have mail and package services as part of their membership, mail and packages can be picked up at the WeWork Community Desk. We will notify you of receipt of packages, but we will not send notifications with respect to mail. Packages must be collected within 30 days of receipt, and letter mail within 60 days of receipt. After such period, WeWork reserves the right to return to sender at your expense, charge a storage fee or dispose of the items. If you are expecting exceptionally large or valuable deliveries, please inform the Community Team so that we may arrange appropriate receipt and storage. Please note that WeWork will not forward mail or packages for any members unless expressly contemplated as part of your membership agreement.
Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated. Specifically, WeWork prohibits discrimination and/or harassment against any individual on our Premises, including WeWork personnel, members, vendors, and guests, because of that individual's gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil status, pregnancy (or pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression, transgender status or gender reassignment, race, color, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, religion or religious beliefs, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information (including genetic testing and characteristics), military or veteran status, or any other grounds or characteristic protected under the law. WeWork also prohibits discrimination and/or harassment against any individual at WeWork-sponsored functions. WeWork takes any violations of this discrimination and harassment policy seriously and encourages reporting of any violations. To report a violation, contact a member of your local Community team, or fill out the Discrimination/Harassment form on the WeWork App (Go to Account > Support > Discrimination / Harassment). If any member, vendor, or guest is found to have violated this discrimination and harassment policy, WeWork will take appropriate remedial action to address the conduct, up to, and including, prohibiting the member, vendor, or guest admission to any WeWork Premises or immediately removing the offending member, vendor or guest from the Premises.
No person under the legal age for consuming alcohol in the applicable jurisdiction shall consume alcohol in a WeWork space. Any persons who are of legal drinking age that choose to consume alcohol in a WeWork space shall do so responsibly. You shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with this rule by your members and guests.
While you are using a WeWork space, you are responsible for your personal property. WeWork will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Some of our spaces are pet friendly. You can confirm whether certain WeWork locations are pet friendly by contacting the building’s Community team. We may require persons bringing pets to a WeWork space to produce proof of vaccination for such pet and/or evidence of compliance with applicable local regulations. You will be responsible for any injury or damage caused by any pet to other members or guests or other occupants of the Premises or to the property of WeWork or any employees, members, guests, other occupants, or the owner(s) of the WeWork space, and WeWork will not be liable for any injury to pets in our spaces. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to restrict any person’s right to bring a pet into a WeWork space in our discretion.
For any persons using the WeWork wireless internet and/or the WeWork Member Network, such persons’ computers, tablets, mobile devices and other electronic equipment must be (a) kept up-to-date with the latest software updates provided by the software vendor and (b) kept clean of any malware, viruses, spyware, worms, Trojans, or anything that is designed to perform malicious, hostile and/or intrusive operations. We reserve the right to remove any device from our networks that poses a threat to our networks or users until the threat is remediated.
Persons using our space may not, without our prior approval, operate any equipment in our space that has a higher heat output or electrical consumption than in a typical office environment, or places excessive strain on our electrical, IT, HVAC or structural systems.
Please be advised that for security reasons, we may, in our discretion, regularly record certain areas in our spaces via video.
For any items provided to you by the WeWork community team for temporary use, you will be responsible for replacement fees should any such property be lost, stolen or destroyed.
These House Rules apply to all members, guests, invitees, and others in our WeWork spaces, unless otherwise specifically stated in your membership agreement.
